除了EIP6239给定的接口，我们还定义了一些业务层接口，这些接口主要满足以下场景：

* **NameService:** 存储用户身份
* **Relationship** 构建关系
  * **Follow:** 构建用户点对点关系
  * **Dao:** 构建多用户的群组关系
* **Publication:** 发布内容
  * **Content:** 发布公开内容
  * **PrivacyContent:** 发布隐私数据内容
